This article will take you through how to customize your LocalReviews notification so that you are always in the loop when your customers submits a feedback!
Below we will review the steps on how to set up your notifications:
Sign into your mobile app. Tap on the menu at the top right hand corner. Tap on your name.
2. Tap on Notifications.
3. This will bring you to this section of the mobile app where you will be able to customize your notifications for LocalReviews by taping on the respective settings.
Let's walkthrough the different settings!
To select whether you want to receive push notification updates for all, positive or negative feedback or receive no push notifications for your online ratings update. Tap the "All" button next to push notifications in the online rating update section and set this to what push notifications you want to receive.
To select whether you want to receive email updates for all, positive or negative feedback or receive no notifications through email for your online ratings update. Tap the "All" button next email in the online rating update section and set this to what push notifications you want to receive.
To select if you want to receive push notification and emails when a survey response is received, tap on the slide bar under survey response for each respective alert. When the alert bar is orange, that indicates that your alerts are live and you would be receiving notifications.
To receive weekly reports about LocalReviews in your email, tap the alert bar next to email under weekly report. When the alert bar is orange, that indicates that your alerts are live and you would be receiving notifications.
To receive monthly reports about LocalReviews in your email, tap the alert bar next to email under monthly report. When the alert bar is orange, that indicates that your alerts are live and you would be receiving notifications.
