With LocalResponse, your customers are able to easily select their desired flow option by pressing a number on their phone keypad.
For example - if your bot (or voice recording) is set up to say: "You can say things like book an appointment or press 1, get a quote or press 2, and leave a voicemail or press 0" - your customer can now use those number keys to get to their chosen option.
Voicemail will always be set up to correspond to the 0 key. However, you're able to customize both the key mappings of the other features mentioned & the order that your options are listed out.
As always, you can send us your own voice recording to add a personal touch to your LocalResponse service. We recommend you following the template below:
