If your bot (or voice recording) is set up to say:
"You can say things like book an appointment or press 1, get a quote or press 2, and leave a voicemail or press 0,"

Voicemail Key: Voicemail will always correspond to the β0β key.
Other Key Mappings: You can customize the key mappings for other features, as well as the order in which your options are listed.
Add a Personal Touch
You can send us your own voice recording to make your LocalResponse service more personal. We recommend following this template:
"You can say things like [FLOW OPTION 1] or press 1, [FLOW OPTION 2] or press 2, [FLOW OPTION 3] or press 3, and Voicemail or press 0."
