Now it's even easier for your customers to select an option listed in your LocalResponse flow!

With LocalResponse, your customers are able to easily select their desired flow option by pressing a number on their phone keypad.

For example - if your bot (or voice recording) is set up to say: "You can say things like book an appointment or press 1, get a quote or press 2, and leave a voicemail or press 0" - your customer can now use those number keys to get to their chosen option.

Voicemail will always be set up to correspond to the 0 key. However, you're able to customize both the key mappings of the other features mentioned & the order that your options are listed out.

As always, you can send us your own voice recording to add a personal touch to your LocalResponse service. We recommend you following the template below:

You can say things like [FLOW OPTION 1]  or press 1, [FLOW OPTION 2] or press 2, [FLOW OPTION 3] or press 3, and Voicemail or press 0.
