Here is what you do when your notary commission expires:
Send us a request for updating the commission via email.
Include in the request:Your new commission number (if applicable),
Your new commission expiration date,
If updated, your new name as it appears in your commission.
Please update your notary profile to speed up the approval:
Our onboarding team will review your profile and update your information.
Our onboarding team will notify you about the updates in reply to your email.
Usually, it takes a few days to process your request.
