FAQs

  1. Will my existing slides still work?
    Yes! Everything will migrate automatically and will be available for you on the day we release. No set-up or rebuilding required.

    ⚠️ If your current slides included charts or reports, a folder will appear in your Report Manager, containing reports and charts that are used in the new TV slideshows. These will contain the same metrics and users/teams, displayed on the old version of TVs. They exist in the Report Manager because with new TVs, you no longer need to recreate reporting content when creating your slides. Simply select an existing report or chart to show instead.

    We've migrated your old slides into new ones, hence the new folder containing reports and charts used on TVs, in your Report Manager:

    ⚠️🔖 If you have bookmarked your slideshow, your existing bookmark will no longer work. Amend/edit your existing bookmark and change the url to: https://www.oneupsales.io/tv/authenticate

  2. Can I still build slides directly in the slideshow builder?
    Definitely. The updated builder simply makes it easier and faster to preview and reuse platform content in your slides.

  3. Do deal flashes and celebrations still work?
    Absolutely, we’re still all about celebrating wins. These look exactly the same; we'll be improving these visually soon.

  4. Who can edit slides?

    No changes here. Anyone with the Manage OneUp TV permission will still have full editing access.

  5. We have the Pro Package with Performance Insights. Can we show this data on slides?
    Yes! Job, Client, and Candidate reports are included. A Job Pipeline slide won't be available at initial release; we'll exploring ways to add this in later.

  6. Are customization options available?
    Yes, each slide type includes customization options. After release, we'll also be adding the ability to set defaults under Customize OneUp in the Manage menu.

  7. Does it include an image gallery?

    No, not at initial release, but we'll be adding one in later. For now though, we've included a new selection of high-quality stock images for you to use!

  8. When is it coming?!

    We're releasing this to everyone gradually. Check the date specified in the email sent. You’ll see a pop-up in the platform as soon as the new experience goes live.

Check your browser is up-to-date

For your TV to run without any issues, your browser must be up-to-date. Follow our guide here.

If you're still encountering issues:

  1. Restart the affected machine.

  2. Failing this, clear cookies on your machine. Instructions on how to do so for Chrome can be found here (please note you will be logged out of all sites and will need to set up your TV again after completing this step).

  3. If you're still having issues, ensure the OS version on the machine is up to date (details for Windows can be found here, and Mac here).
