Automation improvements
👥 Multiple automation owners
Automations can now be shared with other users or teams, giving them full co-owner access.
Previously, every automation had a single owner. If that person left the company without transferring ownership, the automation became difficult to manage.
What's new:
A Manage owners option is now available in the automation row actions
Co-owners have the same permissions as the primary owner: they can edit, rename, transfer ownership, delete, and enable/disable the automation
Shared automations appear in the automations list for everyone with access
An email notification is sent when a user is added as a co-owner
Automations can now be owned by teams as well as individual users
🔐 New permissions for viewing and editing automations
Two new permissions have been added to give teams more granular control over automations:
View All Automations: grants company-wide, read-only visibility of every automation regardless of ownership. This has been given automatically to all users who previously had the Manage Automations permission, meaning all such users can now view all automations on the platform.
Edit All Automations: allows a user to edit, delete, and share any automation in the company. This has not been assigned to anyone automatically.
Users without the Edit All Automations permission can still edit a specific automation if it has been shared with them directly.
Coach improvements
📋 Personal Actions
Actions are now a standalone tool in Coach, no longer tied exclusively to a meeting or relationship.
There is a new Actions page that shows all actions across every relationship you have access to. You can also create personal actions: tasks you set for yourself, not connected to any relationship at all, and allowing you to use this area for your own personal task management. Competition improvements
🏆 Leaderboard refresh
The Leaderboard has been completely redesigned to match the look and feel of the rest of the platform, making it a more consistent and intuitive experience.
As part of the update, there's also a new button to quickly clear everything and start a fresh leaderboard.
Job Pipeline improvements
✨ Job Pipeline AI Summary
The Job Pipeline now includes an AI-generated summary, giving recruiters clear, actionable insights at a glance, such as where to focus their attention next. Find it in the top right of the Job Pipeline page.
The summary also includes a feedback mechanism (thumbs up/down), so you can let us know how well it's working for you.
Reporting improvements
📊 Charts: split by period comparisons
You can now use split by on charts where time is the series.
Previously, split by was only available when time was on the x-axis, which meant period-over-period charts had no way to break down the data further. Now, comparisons like "Last 6 months vs. Previous 6 months, broken down by month" are possible.
Settings improvements
🔍 Global search
You can now search across all platform features using the search icon in the navbar, enabling you to find content even faster.
The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+K on PC or Cmd+K on Mac.
Search results are scoped to what you have access to, including sub-pages within areas like Platform Settings. You can navigate results with the arrow keys and press enter to go straight to the selected page.
When you open search without typing anything, you'll also see recently visited items, making it easy to return to pages you use frequently.
📂 Organize metrics into folders
You can now organize your metrics into folders in Platform Settings > Data > Metrics. Name folders, move metrics in and out, and rename or delete them as needed. Exactly the same folder behavior you'll recognize from elsewhere on the platform.
Metrics without a folder continue to appear as they did before.
This update is particularly useful for larger teams managing a high volume of metrics.
🚛 Team moves: preserve history
When a team member moves to a new team, their past performance now stays attributed to the team they were in at the time. Reports, charts, targets, and exports all reflect accurate historical data without requiring workarounds.
How it works:
Team memberships now carry start and end dates. Past memberships are retained and closed off when a move is recorded, so the platform always knows which team a person was on at any point in time.
A new Team History table in a user's settings lets admins add, edit, or delete moves, with date, time, and timezone.
Reporting, charts, targets, and CSV/PDF exports all attribute past performance to the correct team for each period.
Targets prorate across a move: the user's target is divided proportionally by working days on each team within the period.
Expanded rows and drilldown charts show the correct team's data and stop counting activity from after the person left.
