Overview
Before you can connect RSM InTime to OneUp, you'll need to create a dedicated web services account in RSM InTime.
This account is used by OneUp to securely access your data.
🔒 You'll need administrator access to RSM InTime to create the account.
Find your WSDL URL
You'll need your RSM InTime WSDL URL when connecting the integration.
The format is:
https://your_system_url/services/IntimeServiceV3_8?wsdl
For example, if you access RSM InTime at:
https://oneupsales.rsmintime.co.uk
WSDL URL:
https://oneupsales.rsmintime.co.uk/services/IntimeServiceV3_8?wsdl
📌 Replace the base URL with your own RSM InTime URL and keep a copy of the WSDL URL ready for later.

Troubleshooting
I can't create a web services account
Make sure you're logged into RSM InTime with an account that has administrator permissions. If you're an admin user and still can't create a web services account, reach out to RSM InTime support or your Account Manager.
I haven't received the password
RSM InTime sends the password to the email address configured on the web services account. Check your inbox and junk folder, or reset the account password if required.
I don't know my Agency Re Code
The Agency Ref Code is generated when a web services account is created and is shared across users in the same agency. If you're unsure what it is, check the web services account configuration or contact your RSM InTime administrator.
My connection failed
Double-check that:
The username has been entered correctly.
The password has been entered correctly.
The Agency Ref Code has been entered correctly.
The WSDL URL has been entered correctly.
The web services account is still active.
I've forgotten the password
Reset the password for the web services account in RSM InTime and reconnect the integration using the new password.
My data isn't appearing in OneUp
The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
