Timesheet Portal: Connect your timesheet data to OneUp

Create a dedicated OneUp user account in Timesheet Portal and use it to connect your account.

Overview

Before you can connect Timesheet Portal to OneUp, you'll need to create a dedicated user account for OneUp in Timesheet Portal.

This account should:

🔒 The integration uses this account to securely access your Timesheet Portal data.

Create a OneUp user account

  1. Log in to Timesheet Portal as an administrator.

  2. Create a new user using the email address: integrations@oneupsales.co.uk

  3. Assign the user full administrator permissions, ensuring all permission options are enabled.

  4. Save the user account and make a note of the password.

📌 You'll need the password when connecting the integration in OneUp.

What next?

Choose the option that applies to you:

  • If you're onboarding with an Implementation Engineer, send them the details and they'll complete the setup for you.

  • If you're using our self-serve setup flow, return to OneUp and enter the details when prompted.

  • If you're reconnecting an existing integration, follow the steps below.

Reconnecting Timesheet Portal

  1. In OneUp, click the Settings icon next to your profile picture and select Platform Settings.

  2. Select Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Find Timesheet Portal and click the 🔒 icon.

4. Enter your Timesheet Portal details:

Domain: Enter your Timesheet Portal subdomain.

For example, if you log in at oneupsales.timesheetportal.com, enter oneupsales

Username: integrations@oneupsales.co.uk

Password: Enter the password created for the OneUp user account.

5. Click Connect.

Check the connection

Once connected:

  • The integration status will show as Authenticated.

  • Data will begin syncing into OneUp.

  • Your users, activity and performance data will start appearing throughout the platform.

Troubleshooting

I can't create the OneUp user account

Make sure you're logged into Timesheet Portal with an account that can create and manage users.

My connection failed

Double-check that:

  • The subdomain has been entered correctly.

  • The password matches the OneUp user account.

  • The user has full administrator permissions.

I've forgotten the password

Reset the password for the integrations@oneupsales.co.uk user account in Timesheet Portal, then reconnect the integration using the new password.

My data isn't appearing in OneUp

The initial sync can take some time to complete. If the integration shows as connected but no data has appeared after 24 hours, contact our Support team.
