Welcome to onHand! We have produced this guide to enable you to successfully connect with people in your local community.

We are here to answer any questions you may have and we always welcome feedback on how we can improve the service.

Here are the important details for any emergencies and welfare concerns:

If at any time you feel that someone you are visiting, or you yourself, are at risk of serious harm or in immediate danger, please contact the emergency services on 999.

Only when the situation has been resolved, or you are in a safe place, should you let onHand know by calling on 020 3488 2912.

The incident will be logged and acted upon, as appropriate. For confidentiality reasons, we may not be able to give you an update on these actions but please be reassured we will do all we can to support you.
