Coaches and advisors require access to vital information to keep their students on track and eligible. With the jmc Coach/Advisor mobile app, they can conveniently take this information with them, whether on the field or on the go! From student schedules to attendance and contact details, everything is readily available on the jmc Coach/Advisor mobile app!

To access data for students on your activity roster, log in to the Coach/Advisor mobile app and select your activity.

Step One: Tap the "Roster" icon to view the list of students associated with the selected activity.

Step Two: Tap a student's name to view details like ID number, grade, birthday, and email address.

Step Three: Tap the "Contacts" icon to view information for the student's primary contacts including address, phone number and email address.

Step Four: Tap the "Attendance" icon to see the student's attendance history for the school year.

Helpful Tip: View attendance for all students associated with your activity for a specific day by tapping the "Attendance" icon on the app's home screen and selecting the desired date.

Step Five: Tap the "Schedule" icon to view a list of the student's classes.

Step Six: Tap the "Notebook" icon to add a new communication record or review a previously submitted communication record for the selected student.

Step Seven: Tap the "Dialog Bubble" icon to text or email the selected student, the student's contacts, or both student and contacts.
