When you don't need the immediacy of a text message or phone call, send an email instead to the students and families of the students on your activity roster. The jmc Coach/Advisor mobile app enables you to send an email on the go without having to wrangle individual email addresses. The app takes care of the heavy lifting of finding all the student and family email addresses letting you concentrate on the message content. You'll be back to coaching in no time!

Log in to the Coach/Advisor mobile app and select your activity to begin sending email messages.

Step One: Tap the "Messaging" icon from the home screen to enter a message to be sent to your contacts.

Step Two: Tap the "Message" field to access your keyboard and enter your email.

Step Three: Slide the "Email" toggle switch to green to send an email.

Step Four: Enter an email address in the "Reply To:" field to have recipients reply to a specific email address.

Step Five (optional): Tap the "Attach" button to attach a file from your mobile device to your email message.

Step Six: Slide the toggle switch(es) below "Settings:" to green to perform the following functions:

  • Contacts: send the message to all contacts associated with the selected activity.

  • Primary Contacts Only: Send the message to student primary contacts associated with the selected activity.

  • Students: send the message to all students associated with the selected activity.

  • Schedule Time: schedule a later date and time for the message to be sent.

Step Seven: Tap the "Verify" button to view the number of contacts that will receive the message.

Step Eight: Tap the "Send" button to send the email message with any attachments to the selected contacts and/or students on your roster.
