Families can stay up-to-date with their student's health information by viewing student health history records in jmc Family.

Schools track different types of health information about students to make sure all of the student's health needs are being recorded and met. Through jmc Family, review health history records to ensure the data being stored by the school is current and accurate. Choose the student you would like to view and see all the important information from allergies to eyesight screenings and more. Even print a copy of your student's health history record right from jmc Family!

Log in to the jmc Family Portal and head to Health in the menu tree to get started.

Step One: Select the student whose health history records you wish to view using the drop-down list.

Fun Fact: Below your student's name and contact information is a listing of all health history records created in jmc Office including items such as:

  • Allergies

  • Blood pressure

  • Hearing

  • Height and weight

  • Medical conditions

  • Physical exam dates

  • Vision acuity

Step Two: Click the "Print" button to print a copy of the health history information.

Step Three: Select another child in your family to check health history records for using the student drop-down list.
