The Student Info page in jmc Teacher is the perfect one-stop-shop for general student information such as primary contacts for a student, email address, siblings and more along with health information including health history records and medical emergency plans. Simply select a student and click the individual tabs to view the selected student's general information, health history or medical emergency plan.
To view information for your students, log in to jmc Teacher and go to Homeroom > Student Info.
Step One: Select the student to view by entering their name in the "Find" field.
Helpful Tip: Place a checkmark in the "All Students" checkbox to choose from all students in your school if this option is enabled in jmc Office.
Step Two: Click the "General", "Health History," or "Medical Emergency Plan" tab to view the student's information.
General: view primary contact information, siblings, accommodations, comments entered by the office for teachers, Special Education comments, and more.
Health History: display the student's health history to give you all the information you need to better assist the student, including information about allergies, concussions, vision history, and more.
Medical Emergency Plan: health and office professionals share student medical emergency plans in an effort to partner with you to provide students the best possible health care.
Step Three: Click the "Print" button to print a hard copy of the selected student's contacts, health history, and medical emergency plan for future reference.
