Parents, do you want to keep up to date with what is going on in the classroom? The jmc Family portal offers a variety of ways for families to stay "in the know" about what is going on in the classroom. One of those tools in the Academics module is the ability to view a teacher's lesson plans. When a teacher enters a lesson plan in jmc, families will be able to view those lesson plans for each class, by a student in a color-coded calendar view.

Get started by heading to Academics > Lesson Plans in jmc Family.

Step One: Select a student in your family from the student drop-down list to view lesson plans for the student.

Step Two: Place a checkmark in the checkbox for each course you'd like to view lesson plans for.

Fun Fact: All the student's courses will be listed along with the term, period, and a designated color that corresponds with the calendar entry.

Step Three: Click a calendar day entry to view the lesson plan details for that day.

Helpful Tip: Click any hyperlinks included in the lesson plan to be redirected to the website entered in the lesson plan by the teacher.
