It's report card time! jmc's elementary report cards contain a wealth of information for both students and their families. Now that the term has ended and teachers have submitted standards and benchmark grades, let's get those report cards out to families by printing or emailing them.

Once teachers have submitted grades to the office and office professionals have accepted them, go to Standards and Benchmarks > Reports > Print Standards and Benchmarks Report Cards.

Step One: Select the term type using the "Term Type" drop-down list and specify a term by clicking the appropriate radio button to filter your report.

Step Two: Click the appropriate radio button to select the range of students.

  • By Sequential: enter a range of student IDs in the "From" and "To" fields

  • By Random: select one or more students by entering their name or student ID in the "Find" drop-down list

  • By Grade: enter a grade level range in the "From" and "To" drop-down lists

  • By Advisor: enter a range of advisor IDs in the "From" and "To" fields

Step Three: Specify the form size on which you would like to print the report card by clicking the corresponding radio button in the "Form Size" box.

  • Use Form Setting: print the form on letter or legal-sized paper depending upon the form's setting.

  • Letter: print the form on letter-sized paper regardless of the form's setting.

  • Legal: print the form on legal-sized paper regardless of the form's setting.

Step Four: Place a checkmark in the "Email if Possible" checkbox to email the report card to primary contacts.

Step Five: Place a checkmark in the "Email Student" checkbox to email the report card to the student.

Step Six: Enter a "Reply to Address" in the appropriate field to receive replies to your email message.

Step Seven: Click a "Choose File" button to add a file from your computer as an email attachment.

Step Eight: Click the "Print" button to print the report cards or the "Export" button to export the report cards to a CSV file.

Fun Fact: The report card form printed for each student is set in Standards and Benchmarks > Student > Edit Student Report Card Forms.
