Print and email standard-based report cards

Send standard-based report cards to families by printing or emailing.

Printing and emailing standards-based report cards is one of the final steps of the term and a great way to inform families of a student's academic progress. Now that the term has ended and teachers have submitted standards and benchmark results, simply select the appropriate term and group of students and wrap up the term by emailing report cards to students and primary contacts.

Head to Standards and Benchmarks > Reports > Print Standards and Benchmarks Report Cards to complete this final step of the term.

Step One: Select a term type from the "Term Type" drop-down list and specify a term by clicking the appropriate radio button to filter your report.

Step Two: Select a radio button from the "Select" box to narrow the range of student Standards Based report to print. Then, fill out the appropriate fields highlighted below.

  • By Sequential: enter a range of student IDs in the "From" and "To" fields

  • By Random: select one or more students by entering their name or student ID in the "Find" drop-down list

  • By Grade: enter a grade level range in the "From" and "To" drop-down lists

  • By Advisor: enter a range of advisor IDs in the "From" and "To" fields

Step Three: Select a radio button from the "Form Size" box to identify the paper size that the standards based report cards will be printed on.

  • Use Form Setting: print the form on letter or legal-sized paper depending upon the form's setting

  • Letter: print the form on letter-sized paper regardless of the form's setting

  • Legal: print the form on legal-sized paper regardless of the form's setting

Step Four: Place a checkmark in the "Email if Possible" checkbox to email the report card to primary contacts.

Step Five: Place a checkmark in the "Email Student" checkbox to email the report card to the student.

Step Six: Enter an email address in the "Reply to Address" field to receive a reply to your email.

Step Seven: Click a "Choose File" button to add a file from your computer as an email attachment.

โ€‹Step Eight: Click the "Print" button to print and email the report cards or click the "Export" button to export the report cards to a CSV file.
