In jmc Office, administrators and directors can efficiently create special education rosters for the upcoming school year by importing special education records from the previous year. With just a click of a button, special education records used for reporting students receiving services to the state can be easily updated at the beginning of the school year. By importing special education data in jmc, administrators and directors can save time and ensure accurate state reporting, streamlining the process of managing special education records and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

In jmc Office, go to Iowa > Special Education > Import Special Education from Prior Year.

Step One: Click the "Import" button to import special education history records

from last year into the current year.

Helpful Tip: Ensure complete records to start the new school year by importing special education history after all prior year special education data has been updated.

Fun Fact: Importing special education data from a prior year will overwrite any data entered in the current year.
