Nebraska: ADVISER update attendance

Mistakes happen. Go back and re-enter attendance for the previous night using this option!

Occasionally errors pop up during the automatic nightly submission of attendance data, in which case an email will be sent to a pre-designated person on your staff with details about the errors. jmc support is happy to help you fix those errors and resubmit attendance for the day.

Go to Nebraska > ADVISER > Update Attendance.

Step One: Select the building to submit attendance data by using the "Building" drop-down list.

Step Two: Select the day/date to resubmit attendance data by clicking the appropriate date in the "Send Attendance for Day" field.

Step Three: Click the "Update Student School Attendance Events" button to resubmit attendance data from the jmc Attendance module for the building and date specified.

Step Four: Click the "Update Student Section Attendance Events" button to resubmit attendance data from the jmc Period Attendance module for the building and date specified.

Helpful Tip: To enable attendance reporting via Ed-Fi for either the Attendance (full/half day) or Period Attendance modules, use File > Administrator Options and select the Ed-Fi Settings link, then check one or both of the options for submitting nightly automatic attendance.
