At the end of the school year, the last batch of data the NDE wants to hear about is post graduate information for your graduating students. After confirming you have the data filled in on the Edit > Edit Student Data page jmc does the rest! One click of a button and your data is assembled and transmitted up to the NDE for processing. Congratulations on finishing another year's state reporting!

To submit post graduate information, log in to jmc Office and navigate to Nebraska > ADVISER > End Year and click the "Post Graduate" tab.

Step One: Place a checkmark in the “Make sure the Post Graduate data elements are set for all graduating students" checkbox when you are confident student post graduation data elements for all graduating seniors have been filled in on the Edit > Student Data page.

Step Two: Click the “Update Post Graduate Activities (all buildings)” button to submit all student post graduate information.

Step Three: Fix any displayed errors to ensure accurate records are submitted to the NDE.

Step Four: Click the “Update Post Graduate Activities (all buildings)” button to submit all student post graduate information to the NDE once errors are fixed.
