By putting all flex offerings in one place, this report helps schools manage their MTSS plans more effectively—making it easy to match students with the right interventions or enrichment opportunities, balance group sizes, and help every student get the support they need at the right time.
To view the "Scheduled Flex Offerings" report in jmc Teacher, head to Edit > Scheduled Flex Offerings.
Step One: Select a date and flex time from the "Flex Times" list to view teacher offerings associated with that flex time.
Helpful Tip: View all available offerings—including the teacher, room name or number, and capacity for a given flex period—to help guide students toward the opportunity that best fits their needs.
Step Two: Click the "Print" button to print a list of flex offerings for the selected date.
