Iowa schools that offer career-specific education and training, along with professional skills and work-based learning experiences integrated into their course curriculums, can monitor and manage these courses through jmc Office. Simply choose the relevant embedded work-based learning opportunity on the "State Specific Course" tab within the "Edit Course Data" page to identify and manage CTE (Career and Technical Education) courses in jmc with ease.

In jmc Office, head to Schedules > Course > Edit Course Data and then access the"State Specific Course" tab to embed a work-based learning opportunity within a jmc course.

Step One: Enter a course name in the "Find" field to select a course that offers a work-based learning opportunity as part of the curriculum.

Step Two: Select the appropriate experience from the "Embedded Work-Based Learning" drop-down list to associate an experience with the selected course.

Step Three: Click the "Save" button to update changes to the "State Specific Course" tab.
