To keep your OnTracx app performing at its best, we regularly release firmware updates that improve functionality, accuracy, and overall performance.
These updates are not installed automatically, so it’s important to check your version.
How to check your version:
Open the OnTracx app.
Tap your profile icon in the top left.
Scroll to the bottom to see the app version. The latest version is 1.4.16.
If you have an older version, update like this:
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for OnTracx and see if an update is available.
Install the update if needed.
