The Orders page is your central view of every order synced from your store. From here you can search, filter, and drill into individual orders to see their full details, protection status, and associated claims or returns.
Accessing the Orders Page
Click Orders in the sidebar navigation. This is typically the first item in your sidebar and is always visible.
Searching & Filtering Orders
At the top of the Orders page, you'll find a search bar where you can look up orders by order number, customer name, email, or other identifying information.
Below the search bar, you'll see filter options that let you narrow down your order list. Active filters are displayed as badges so you can see exactly what's applied and easily clear them.
Subscriptions Tab
If your store uses a subscription platform (like Recharge), you'll see a Subscriptions tab next to the Orders tab at the top of the page. Click it to view subscription orders separately.
The Subscriptions view has its own search and filters tailored to subscription-specific data.
Exporting Order Data
You can export your order data for reporting or record-keeping. The export function generates a downloadable file with your order information.
