The Order Edits page shows you every order that a customer has edited — whether they changed their shipping address, adjusted item quantities, swapped variants, applied a discount code, or cancelled items. From here you can search, filter, and review all edited orders.
Accessing the Order Edits Page
Click Order Edits in the sidebar navigation. This page is available when you have Onward Order Editing enabled.
Searching & Filtering
At the top of the page, you'll find a search bar and filter options to find specific edited orders. You can search by order number, customer name, or email.
Filters let you narrow the list by edit type, status, or date. Active filters are displayed as badges for quick reference.
The Edited Orders Table
Edited orders are displayed in a table that shows key information at a glance. Each row represents one edited order with details about:
Order information — The original order number and customer details.
Edit type — What kind of edit was made (address change, quantity change, variant swap, cancellation, etc.).
Status — The current status of the edit.
Date — When the edit was made.
Status badges give you a quick visual indicator of each edit's state.
