1. Setup Online Payments Via Stripe

If you’re on the Partner Plan:

  • Connect to Stripe first. This enables online payments and unlocks the Group Program Builder.

  • The setup takes just a few minutes. Stripe may require you to wait while the verify your information but that is to be expected.

Not on the Partner Plan?

  • Online payments are optional. You can still accept cash, checks, or any method that works for your facility.

2. Create Packages

Packages are what students select during checkout.

Start simple:

We recommend an 8-week beginner package:

  • 8 group classes

  • 4 nine-hole events

  • Total: $360

This provides 12 sessions across 8 weeks, with 9-hole events every other week.

As you grow, you can offer multiple packages—like beginner, intermediate, or advanced—with added perks like supervised practices or private lessons.

3. Customize Your Landing Page

Your landing page is your digital storefront where families register.

  • Go to Settings > Landing Page

  • Add your community description, header image, and lesson booking link

  • Use categories to organize multiple programs for easier browsing

4. Update Your Profile

This is your personal coaching profile.

  • Add your photo, contact info, and private lesson booking links

  • Connect social media and manage notification preferences

That’s it! Your Account Is Set Up

You’ve now completed Section 1 of onboarding:

  • Learned the Op 36 mission

  • Completed Express Training

  • Set up your account and portal
