Overview

Programs and Events go through different states as you build, market, run, and complete them. Here is a centralized terminology sheet that you can use as a guide to understand where your programs and events may fall during each state.

Programs

  • Active Program: Active programs are published programs that are actively taking registrations, meaning the registration open date is in the past and or they have a start date in the past and an end date in the future.

  • Future Program: Published programs with a registration open date set into the future.

  • Drafts Program: Draft programs are programs that have not been published. These programs do not show up on your community landing page and no one can register for this type of program.

  • Completed Program: Programs automatically complete 24 hours after the program and or calendar end date. Completed programs can be moved to an active program by simply changing the end date to the future.

Events

  • Upcoming Events: Upcoming events are events with a start date that is set in the future and or an event that has not yet had the scores logged.

  • Completed Events: Completed events are events that have the scores logged.
