Q. What's the difference between a 9 Hole Event Series and Quick Logging an Event?

9 Hole Event "Quick Log" - The Quick Log feature allows you to quickly populate a roster and log an individual Operation 36 event. This feature is helpful if you did not need to plan the event ahead of time, you already executed the event, and you have scores to be logged for your students.

9 Hole Event Series - The 9 Hole Event Series feature allows coaches to plan and manage their Operation 36 Play Days for the entire season. You can look at this as your "Op 36 League Manager" that works hand in hand with your weekly group coaching sessions.

The 9 Hole Event Series allows the following benefits vs Quick Log feature:

  • Planning - Plan and post the dates of your 9 hole events before you begin marketing

  • Marketing - Attach the 9 hole event series to your programs (so the dates will show up on your marketing pages)

  • Master Roster - Automate the management of a Master Roster that combines students from multiple programs that are going to be coming to the same events.

  • Communication - Students in your master roster will see the schedule of your 9 hole events

  • Individual Event Management - Your rosters will be populated automatically for each event to make logging scores much simpler.

  • Future: RSVP & Parings - In the near future you will be able to get RSVP from students to plan your individual events and also manage pairings.
