When you first log-in to the Operation 36 web app you'll be greeted with a dashboard that is filled with widgets and reports. Think of this as your hub to streamline golf program administration and player development. We will go over each section below.

Tab Structure

The dashboard has a tab structure where you can switch between different dashboards located in the top left corner. Currently there are two options.

  • Home

    • This is your main overview dashboard to get a high level view of all your Op 36 programs.

  • Op 36 Dashboard

    • This is your dedicated Op 36 dashboard that will be filled with all the widgets and reports focused on player development.

  • (Coming Soon) Business Dashboard

    • We are working on a business dashboard to be added here in the future.

Home Overview

The Home dashboard is broken into widgets for easy navigating. Let's go over each.

  • Activity Feed

    • Located on the left of the dashboard is your program activity feed. This is the same feed on mobile and shows all the activity your students are logging. These can be playing rounds, training sessions, and social actions. 9 Hole Events are also going to show up in this feed after you log them.

  • Notifications and New Enrollments

    • Located in the top right corner you'll see all your Notification and New Enrollments. Everything that is not a New Enrollment will roll up into the Notifications. We separated Enrollments into their own dedicated area for easy tracking on new program attendees.

  • Quick Actions

    • Five of the most important actions sit at the top of the dashboard. Manage Programs, 9 Hole Events, Landing Page, Send an Email and Coach Community.

  • Calendar

    • The foundation of the dashboard is the monthly calendar view and to the right of that your schedule for today. As you choose different dates in the monthly calendar view todays schedule section will update you based on the date selected.

  • Current Program Overview

    • Get a high level view of all your programs. This will give you a better idea on where to focus next on your business.

      • Active Enrollments are students who are registered in an active program.

      • Active Programs are programs that are currently accepting registrations, in-progress, and or programs that have not yet been marked complete.

      • Spots Available are how many openings you have for students in your active programs.

      • Future Programs are programs that are published but have a future registration date.

  • Personalized Support

    • Any time you get stuck or need help you'll be able to get quick access to your account manager, live chat, and other coaching resources.

Op 36 Dashboard Overview

The Op 36 dashboard is broken into widgets and reports that support player development. Let's dive in.

  • Level Breakdown

    • An easy way to get a big picture view of how many students are in each level. Additionally you can filter the levels using the toggle between All and Formal.

      • All means that casual rounds (rounds that the student logs themselves) will be included.

      • Formal means that only rounds logged by a coach in a formal 9 Hole Event and Coach Approved rounds will be included.

  • Coming Soon - Community Leaderboard

    • A reporting tool to see how many points each student has in playing, training and curriculum. This will included CSV export options.

  • Coming Soon - Milestones

    • Get a clear picture of the effectiveness of your program and coaching by measuring impactful milestones.

More Widgets Coming Soon

We have plans to continually update this dashboard with more widgets and reports that will streamline administration and player development for your programs.
