Program Dashboard Overview

The Group Program Dashboard is your central hub for managing each individual program—based entirely on that program’s start and end dates.

Think of it as a snapshot of everything happening within a specific program window.

Program Lifecycle

Once you publish a program, the dashboard dynamically adjusts based on its timeline:

  • Before Start Date: You’ll see setup details and upcoming events.

  • Active Program: The dashboard displays remaining days and live activity.

  • Completed Program: Once the final day passes, the program becomes read-only—a frozen snapshot you can always revisit.

What You’ll See

Inside the dashboard, everything is filtered to show data between the program’s dates. You’ll have access to:

  • Program Feed – Announcements, student activity, leaderboard progress.

  • Business Summary – Revenue generated, package breakdowns, capacity, and potential revenue (e.g. unused roster spots).

  • Student Insights – Breakdown of skill levels, gender, and age ranges.

What You Can Manage

The tab navigation at the top lets you drill deeper into your program:

  • Schedule – View or edit class dates and times.

  • Lesson Plan – Review or update your plan for each session.

  • 9-Hole Events – View or manage your event series.

  • Reports (coming soon) – Download enrollment or completion data.

  • Manage Enrollments – Update your roster, packages, and payment statuses. Add or remove students as needed.

Summary

The Group Program Dashboard gives you a clear, focused view of each program—before, during, and after it runs. It’s built to help you track progress, manage your roster, and analyze performance without jumping around the app.
