Overview

The Business Dashboard is designed to help you better understand the health of your coaching business.

Over time, this dashboard will be made up of multiple widgets, each focused on telling a different part of your business story, such as:

  • Enrollment activity

  • Revenue performance

  • Member engagement

  • Program growth and retention

We’re starting with the most important foundation: Financial Performance.

Financial Performance Widget

The Financial Performance widget gives you visibility into how your programs are performing from a registration and revenue standpoint.

Registrations

A registration is created every time a golfer signs up for one of your programs.

This number reflects demand and interest in your programs, regardless of how payment is handled.

Revenue

Revenue is calculated based on Pricing Packages attached to your programs.

Pricing Packages can be:

  • Online (Connected to Stripe)

  • Offline (Check, member charge, cash, etc...)

This means if you use Pricing Packages—even for offline payments—Operation 36 can still provide an estimated revenue breakdown based on your pricing.

Why You May See a Dash (—) Instead of Revenue

If your program does not have any Pricing Packages attached, revenue cannot be calculated.

In this case:

  • Registrations will still be tracked

  • Revenue will display as a dash (—) to indicate you're not using pricing packages.

Good to know: Even if you collect payments outside of Operation 36, we strongly recommend using Pricing Packages for these reasons...

  • Prospective students and families can clearly see the cost of your program

  • Your Business Dashboard can provide meaningful revenue insights

  • Programs without packages appear to have no cost, which can create confusion or friction during signup

Programs & Enrollments Activity Widget

The Programs & Enrollments Activity widget shows you how many students you're actively teaching right now and over time. Use it to understand whether your program activity is growing, holding steady, or starting to dip.

Today's Activity (Live)

A live snapshot of what's happening across your active programs right now:

  • Active Programs — how many programs are currently running

  • Active Enrollments — how many students are enrolled in active programs

  • Spots Available — remaining capacity across all active programs

  • Waitlisted — golfers waiting to get into a program

Performance Trends

Use the time filter to explore how your programs and enrollments have tracked over a selected period:

  • Total Programs — all programs run in the selected time window

  • Completed Programs — programs that have finished in the period

  • Total Enrollments — all enrollments across programs in the period

The enrollment chart shows how your active enrollment count has moved month by month. The "Today" marker separates past performance from the current moment.

Good to know: The Financial Performance widget tells you about revenue, what families have paid. This widget tells you about activity, how many students you're actively teaching. Watching the enrollment trend over time helps you plan for your season: are you growing? Is there a slow period coming? Are your programs filling up or leaving spots on the table?

What's coming next

Stay tuned for upcoming widgets will help you understand:

  • Member growth over time

  • Retention and repeat participation

  • Program-level performance

Our goal is to give you a clear, actionable view of your business — without needing spreadsheets or outside tools.
