Overview

Families and students entering the sport want to know you have a plan — especially parents. A strong, long-term curriculum not only builds trust but also helps you retain golfers longer.

The challenge: How do you make learning fun and motivating for students, but simple for you to deliver?

That’s exactly why the Operation 36 Curriculum was created.

What Is the Operation 36 Curriculum?

The Operation 36 Curriculum brings long-term structure and gamification to your program. It’s designed to make learning engaging for students while being easy for coaches to deliver.

How It Works

  • The curriculum includes 72 educational objectives, spread across 6 levels.

  • Each level consists of 12 skills.

  • In each class, you’ll cover one skill from the curriculum.

  • Students can also watch educational videos outside of class to reinforce learning.

Tracking Progress

  • As students complete objectives, coaches mark them complete in the app.

  • Families are instantly notified of their student’s progress.

  • This keeps parents, coaches, and students aligned on development goals.

Leveling Up

  • Once a student completes all 12 objectives at their current level, they rank up to the next level.

  • They then receive a new set of 12 skills to work toward.

  • The process is seamlessly built into your lesson plans to keep students motivated and progressing naturally.
