Overview
Gamification is scientifically proven to make learning fun for all ages. Operation 36 harnesses this power of gamification by awarding points for logging play rounds, training sessions, social actions, and watching curriculum videos. This intentional design creates a fun and engaging learning experience.

How Do Students Earn Points?
Students earn points by logging play rounds, training sessions, social interactions, and watching curriculum videos.
Good to know: The point system rewards effort, not outcomes. Points do not vary based on round scores or training performance, intentionally avoiding favoritism towards more skilled players.
Here is a detailed breakdown of the possible points for each category.

Gamify Your Op 36 Program
Since Operation 36 is designed with gamification in mind, you already have all the tools needed to motivate your students. All you need to do is be creative and establish specific daily, weekly, or monthly goals for your students to achieve.
Good to know: Daily and weekly goals are beneficial but might be overwhelming for beginners. We recommend starting with monthly goals and gradually progressing to weekly goals as your students become more comfortable with the program.
Setting Goals:
The more students play, train, and learn, the more likely they are to continue their golf journey. Since students can earn points for all three activities (playing, training, and learning), you can verbally set a monthly goal that awards a prize to the top performer in each category.
I.E. The student who earns the most training points, or round points, or social actions points, or curriculum points in the next 30 days wins a prize.
Tracking Leaderboards:
Your Op 36 Points Leaderboard displays the top performers for a specified duration, making it easy to track each month's winner. You can even give weekly updates to your students to let them know their position thus far.
Prizes:
Prizes can be anything appropriate to the age level. Our recommendation is awarding Skill Point Chips. These can then be used to exchange for prizes at the end of the program party.
Pro Tip: Create sub categories based on age, gender, levels, etc... to allow for more winners and increase participation.
