The Coach Dashboard is your home in the Operation 36 mobile app — a dedicated space designed around the needs of a coach, separate from what students and families see when they log in.

From the Coach Dashboard, you can manage your program schedule, communicate with families, review student progress, and stay connected to your community — all from one place on mobile.

Your Five Tabs

The Coach Dashboard is built around five tabs at the bottom of the screen:

  • Home — your weekly schedule and community activity feed

  • Programs — your programs, rosters, monthly schedules, and events

  • Challenges — community leaderboard and global challenge standings

  • Members — your students and families

  • More — coaching tools, resources, and account settings

Home

The Home tab gives you a quick view of what's happening today and this week.

The Next Sessions widget displays a 5-day view of the current week. Tap any date to see your programs and 9-Hole Events scheduled for that day, with start times listed on the right. Tap a session to go directly to the program page.

Below that, the Activity Feed shows everything being posted across your community.

Use the filter tabs to narrow by:

  • All

  • Announcements

  • Play

  • Train

  • Events

You'll also find a Post an Announcement button at the top of the screen for quick access.

How to use Home in your day-to-day

  • Check it each morning to see what sessions you have coming up this week

  • Use the activity feed to stay on top of what students are posting and quickly respond or react

  • Post a quick announcement before an event without navigating away from your home screen

Programs

The Programs tab contains your full program calendar and a detailed view of each program.

Tap into any program to access six tabs:

  • About — program details, capacity, and a program-level activity feed

  • Roster — all enrolled students with their photo, level, age, and gender

  • Schedule — all sessions with a total session count

  • Leaderboard — activity point rankings, filterable by activity type

  • Lesson Plan — your attached lesson plan, broken out by session

  • Events — any linked 9-Hole Event Series

How to use Programs in your day-to-day

  • Before a session, open the Roster tab to quickly review who's enrolled

  • Use the Leaderboard tab to recognize top performers and keep students motivated between sessions

  • If your program has a Lesson Plan attached, use the Lesson Plan tab to follow along session by session without switching to the web platform

Challenges

The Challenges tab shows community-wide performance data.

The Leaderboard widget displays your top 3 students ranked by activity points. Tap View Community Leaderboard to see the full ranking for your community.

The Global Challenge widget shows where your community ranks against other Op 36 communities for the current month, including total points and days remaining.

How to use Challenges in your day-to-day

  • Reference the Community Leaderboard at the start of sessions to call out top performers and encourage friendly competition

  • Use the Global Challenge standings to motivate your community to post more activities throughout the month

Members

The Members tab gives you a full view of the students and families in your community.

Switch between Students and Families views using the buttons at the top. Use the search bar to find anyone quickly.

In the Students view, tap any student card to open a panel with:

  • Quick actions to view their profile, family page, or manage their curriculum

  • Family admin contact details including phone number and email

In the Families view, each row shows the family name, admin contact, total revenue, and all family members with their current level. Tap View Details to open the full family page, which includes an Enrollments tab (full enrollment history and payment details) and a Contacts tab (family admin info).

How to use Members in your day-to-day

  • Before reaching out to a family, tap into Members to pull up contact details without leaving the app

  • Use the Families view to quickly see which families are active and which have gone inactive

More

The More tab is your access point for additional tools and resources.

  • Coaching Tools — Lesson Plans and Curriculum Testing

  • Resources — Help Center, Live Chat, Op 36 Coaches Community, Get Certified, Store, and Feature Requests

  • My Account — manage your personal account settings

  • Landing Page — quick link to your community's public landing page

Note: The Coach Dashboard is available on iOS (version 9.0.0 and later) and Android (version 7.4.1 and later). Make sure your app is up to date to access it.
