A contact tag allows you to add additional labels to your contacts. You can then filter by tags on your Contacts page to create different Contact Tables or Segments. Let's go over how to apply an existing tag to your contact.
Applying a Contact Tag to an Existing Contact
Start by going to the Contacts page in the navigation menu. This will take you to your global contacts, meaning all contacts in your organization. Find the one you need to apply the tag to and click on their name.
You will see the Tags section on the left side under Personal Details. Click on the + Add Tags drop-down.
All you need to do is click on the box next to the tag to apply it. If you need to remove the tag, click on it again.
Lastly, if you have multiple tags on a contact and need to remove them all at once, click Clear Tags under the list of available tags.
