Trigger Templates

Triggers allow you to set up automated communication throughout the transaction.

All Categories/ Category

Using Categories can help you organize your templates in such a way that it makes the template visually easier to locate.

For example, you can add a category for property triggers, task triggers, or intake form triggers. You can further break them down into Buyer Triggers, Seller Triggers, Triggers by State, etc.

  • You can delete the category that you created by clicking “Manage Categories”

  • Once the category has been created, it cannot be edited.

Sort Templates

This allows you to organize your templates according to your preference and this can be done by clicking the Sort Templates button. The right-side panel will open and you can drag and drop the trigger templates into the desired order.

Add New

This button will allow you to create a trigger template.

Edit and Options

The “Edit” button will allow you to modify your triggers. The “Options” are for cloning and deleting trigger templates.

Type of Triggers

  • Property Field Template Triggers: These are triggers that are used inside a property to send emails, texts, etc.

  • Task Template Triggers: These are triggers that send emails, texts, etc. that are activated when a task is completed or when tasks are not completed by a set date.

  • Intake Form Template Triggers: These are triggers that send emails, texts, install templates, add or remove fields, etc. when an intake form is submitted or approved.
