There are a couple of options when creating a new contact in your account; either from the Contacts page or within the Contacts tab in a property. This article goes over both options.
Adding a New Contact From the Contacts Page
You can create a new contact by clicking the +Add button on the header or by going to the Contacts Dashboard and clicking the Add Contact button.
Fill out the contact form with the information you have. Here are the fields you can use:
Personal - Full Name, Nickname, Email Address, Contact Role, Agent License Number, Contact Phone Numbers, Website, and Address
Business - Business Name, License Number, Email Address, Contact Phone Numbers, Website, and Address
Once you have all of the information entered, click on Save.
Adding a New Contact in a Property
When working on a property, you have the option to create a new contact that is associated with the property. Creating a contact on the property will still give you the same options when creating the contact from the Contacts page.
