A great feature in Open To Close is the ability to call your contacts from within the application. This allows you to see all of the phone conversations with your contacts regarding the transaction(s) they are a part of.
Before you can call a contact, you will need to claim a phone number to use with Open To Close. This article goes over how to get a phone number: Add a Phone Number for Calls & Texts.
Placing a Call
You can place a phone call from the Contact History widget on the Dashboard, the Contacts page, the Contact Drawer, or anywhere you see the little phone icon.

Once you have clicked on the phone icon, you will see the option Choose Number at the bottom of the screen. Select the one you want to use and click Start Call.
