Send a Text Message Using an Active Number

You can send a text message from the Property History widget, Contacts menu, or to the Contact Drawer.

Step 1:

Click the bubble icon (💭) and the right-side panel will open.

Step 2:

Choose the number you want to send the text from and search for contacts to send your text message.

Step 3:

Click Send.

Step 1:

From your dashboard, click your notification bell icon (🔔) and see if you have a text message. Click the name of the sender to open your text message.

Step 2:

You will be directed to the contact user’s activity log.

Step 1:

From the gear icon, click Global Settings.

Step 2:

Select Text Settings.

Step 3:

Choose from the dropdown if you want to receive an email with your incoming text messages.
