Property Tables are a great way to filter your transactions in to a smaller view so you can see your transactions broken down by what's most helpful.

Creating a New Property Table

After you add your first transaction to Open To Close, you will have one Table already in place named Transactions. By default, this will show all the transactions in your database without any filters applied.

To create a new Table, click on Transactions, and select Create New Table.

Image shows the Transactions button which is in the upper left corner of the Properties page. Click this to get to Create New Table which is third from the bottom.

Enter the name of the Table and click Submit. Be sure to name it something that relates to the filters you chose so you can easily find it in the future.

Image shows pop-up with text box in it for the Table name. Below the text box is the Cancel button on the left and the Submit button on the right.

Now that the Table is created, it's time to apply the filters. On the left side you will see a number of options you can filter your transactions with. This article goes over each option in more detail: Property Table Filters.

Important:

You always want to create your Tables first before adding or removing any filters. Also, check to see what Table you are on before adjusting the filters. If you need to narrow down your transactions even further, follow this article to learn about creating Property Segments.
