When going to the Properties page, you will see a list of any transaction you are a part of. Along with the address of the property, which you can click on to get to the property itself, you have a number of different options to choose from to manage your transaction.
β
Under Property Title, you will see a square, a plus symbol, a box, a circle, and a coin stack next to the address of the transaction. Each of these options can help you quickly access different parts of the transaction.
β
The next column has the health/priority bar that lets you see all of the priorities for that specific property or how many missing documents that property has.
If you want to view or change any of the remaining columns, follow this link to learn more: Property Table View Columns.
Property Table View Options
Select (square)
Checking this box will select the property, so you can perform a number of different actions. You can select more than one property if you need to apply one of these options to multiple properties.
+ Add to Queue - This is where you can add the property to your queue. The queue allows you to build a list of properties so you can quickly work through them. For more information on how the queue works, follow this article: Property Queue.
Assign - If you need to assign the property to another team member, you can do so by clicking on Assign. You will need to select the Team and Team Member to that you want this property assigned.
Color - You can choose a specific color for the property that you can then filter by, making it easier to find specific groups of properties based on the color.
Delete - If you choose to delete a property, be sure it's the correct one. This action cannot be undone.
X - Close out of the options.
Add to Queue (plus symbol)
This is the same as the + Add to Queue described above, but this option is one less click.
Requests (box)
This is a great way to see if there are any new data requests on the property. Data requests can range from new secondary intake forms, field value updates from your agents via their portal or mobile app, inbound webhook updates for the property, and more.
Color (circle)
Choosing the color can be done by clicking on the circle or from the options when selecting a property.
Property Options (coin stack)
Anywhere you see the Property Options gives you quick access to different portions of the transaction.
Cell Color/Send Message
Hover over the upper right corner of the cell with the property address in it to change the color of the cell or send a message about the property.
Health Bar/Priority Bar
In the section to the right of the property address, you will find a small bar, called the health bar or priority bar, and a box with a number in it. The bar represents any priorities you have for that property, and the number indicates how many documents are missing. Both of these are important because they let you know where you need to focus your time.
β
Property Table View Columns
After the health bar section, you will find your default columns in your Property Table view. These include the following columns:
Team User
Team
Created By
Time Zone
Date Created
You can always add or remove columns depending on what you want to see in the Property Table view. To do this, click on Table Columns on the left side and add or remove the different options you need to see.
