Creating a Property Table and Segment

You can easily build tables with custom filtering, date range, contract client type, and contract status by doing the following.

Step 1:

Go to the Properties menu, click Create New Table from the dropdown, and hit Submit.

Step 2:

After creating your new property table, use segments to bring out what’s most important to you in your property tables. With segments, you can isolate exactly what you want to see. Click Create New Segment, enter the name of the property table segment, and hit Submit.

Filters in Property Table/ Segment and Table Columns

  • Date Filters - It will open different date filters starting with YTD (Year to date) up to This Q4. You can also customize the date according to your preference. After choosing the date range on this filter, you can click the Apply button.

  • Date Filter Field - Please make sure you set a Date Range to see other field options. You can filter the transaction date by clicking on the Set button.

  • Contract Client Type - filter your property table by contract client type (e.g. buyer, seller, etc.). This can be customized.

  • Contract Status - filter your property table by contract status (e.g. pending, active, etc.). This can be customized.

  • Table Columns - the property table columns and segments are customizable. It can also be sorted based on your preferences. Don’t forget to click the Update button to save the changes.
