Once you have your Property Table(s) in place, you can filter them even further by creating Segments. For example, you can have a Table for Closed transactions with a Date Range of YTD and then create a Segment for a specific team member. This will show you how many closings that team member has had so far this year.
If you need to learn how to create a Property Table, follow along with this article first: Creating Property Tables. After you have one in place, you can start creating Segments.
Create a New Property Segment
To create a new Property Segment, you will first go to the Table you want to refine and click on Segments. Next, click on Create New Segment.
Give the Segment a name and click on Submit to create it. Make sure you name it something that relates to what the Segment is so it's easy to remember.
Now that you have the new Segment, it's time to apply any additional filters to narrow down your transactions even further. This article goes over each filter option in more detail: Property Table Filters.
