Very Important:

If you are importing contacts from an intake form, it will pull the Follow Up Boss contacts for the Team User you assign to the form or from the Agent, if you assign an Agent to the form.

For example, if you only assign a Team User and leave the Agent option blank, it will use that Team User's API connection to Follow Up Boss to pull in their contacts. If you assign an Agent to the intake form, it will override the Team User's connection and use the Agent's API connection to pull in the Agent's contacts.
