A Trigger Snapshot allows you to filter your triggers down into smaller groups so you can work on the triggers you need. Snapshots can be saved so you can go back to them whenever you want to.
Here are the options you can filter your triggers down by on the Triggers page.
Address - You can choose one address or multiple addresses to view in your snapshot.
Search Phrase - This allows you to search for a specific phrase to narrow down your triggers. For example, you can use "inspection" to find all of the triggers that have to do with inspections.
Trigger with Error(s) - You can filter based on whether the trigger has an error or does not have an error. There is also the option for triggers with any type of error.
Conditions Not Met - This will filter down your triggers so you can see which ones have conditions that have not been met.
User - If you have a larger team, you can filter down the triggers based on the specific user assigned to the trigger.
Team - Like the User option, you can filter down the triggers by the team.
Property Client Type - If you need to just work on triggers for Buyers, you can filter by the client type here. This can also be done for Sellers or Dual, meaning they're both buying and selling.
Property Status - If you want to focus your efforts on a specific property status, such as Active, Contingent, or Pending, you can select that here.
Filters (Tag) - Lastly, if you have tags listed on the triggers, you can filter by those.
Once you have the filters you want, click on Snapshot and then Create Snapshot. Whenever you go to the Triggers page, you can click on Snapshots again to go to any that you have created.
