Property History Overview

Every so often, you might need to search your property history to get an update on the current transactions, monitor tasks, contingency dates, documents missing, etc. It can store up to 25 results in the property history widget.

Shortcuts (Quick Search)

  1. Property Options - The property options are only available on the Premium add-on. This feature allows you to manage your properties such as contacts, documents, one-sheets, info, etc.

  2. Health Bar Queue - The health bar queue is a reminder that you haven't completed the tasks yet, the health bar will let you know that you have things due today, tomorrow, or in two days or anything that you have set in priority. The sequence of tasks must be completed on time for the transaction to finish by its due date.

The system will automatically update the health bar based on the time frame or actions inside of the transaction.

  3. Transaction Address (aka Contract Title) - To open the property transaction, click the Contract Title.

  4. Property Queue - You can select the properties that you want to add to make it accessible from everywhere inside of the application. It will either let you open the property or the priority tasks.
