One of the most important parts of a transaction is communication. Without the necessary communication between all of the involved parties, the transaction is more likely to fall apart.

With the Messaging feature, you can send messages to any of your team members and even the agent and client(s) on the transaction through their portals or email. They all can respond to you, giving you the necessary updates to keep the transaction going.
