If you are not using a specific message template, you can either change the title of it to something like, Inactive Message Template - EMD Reminder, and sort it to the bottom of the list, or delete it entirely.
To delete a message template, go to the main Message Templates page, and click the Delete option for the template you no longer want to use.
A pop-up will appear where you will be prompted to click on Yes or Cancel. Click on Yes to finalize the action.
Very Important: Deleting a message template is not something that can be undone, so be sure you are deleting the correct one. If you accidentally delete a message template, you will have to recreate it. |
