Archiving Classes

You can archive your classes at the end of a semester to freeze them, and free up students seats for future students.

Once you are done with a class at the end of a semester or class period, you can archive the class. Once archived, you and your students will not be able to submit new sketches, and no new students can join the class.
This will also free up the student seats used by these students on your Professor Plus+ account. This way, you can invite new students to a new class.
Students in your archived classes will no longer have access to Plus+ benefits, and their accounts will be downgraded to the free account.

To archive your class, click Edit at the top right corner on your class page, and click on "Archive Class". You can also un-archive a class anytime if you decide later.
