⚙️ Account Setup

Before you start talking to your fans and gathering data, ensure your account setup is as detailed as possible!

Account personalisation

Your Artist account on Openstage can be personalised in a number of ways.

In Artist Settings, you can change:

  • Your Openstage profile picture

  • Artist type (use of 'my' or 'our' for communications)

  • Artist currency (changes the currency displayed for transactions imported into/synced with Openstage)

  • Streaming links (for connecting DSPs)

  • Social links

Note: Once you're done making changes to Artist Settings, don't forget to hit save!


Reply-to email address

A reply-to email address must be added to Artist Settings before any email broadcasts can be sent.

Your reply-to email address is used for any fan replies to your email broadcasts sent from Openstage.

We recommend using a paid domain with an inbox you have access to. This inbox is where any replies to your email broadcasts will be sent.

⚠️ Please note: Replies to email broadcasts can only be found in your reply-to email address inbox.

Fan replies to your email broadcasts DO NOT appear anywhere on Openstage.


Streaming links

Adding your streaming links in Artist Settings allows you to collect Forever Pre-saves on Apple Music, Spotify and Deezer.

Once a fan has pre-saved, Pre-save Broadcasts can be used to push releases and playlists to fan DSP libraries.


Social links

Adding your social links in Artist Settings allows them to be populated automatically on your Fanpage and Landing Pages.

⚠️ Please note: Social links DO NOT populate automatically in the email builder.
