Polls let fans vote, share opinions, and react to content directly inside your Posts — without leaving your world. Use them to gather feedback on a first listen, build audience segments based on preferences, or drive engagement between releases.

Create a Post
Navigate to Engage > Posts.
Click + New Post, or open an existing draft.
Alternatively, navigate to one of your draft Posts.
Add a Poll Block
In the Edit tab, click the + icon to add a block.
Select Poll from the Engage blocks.
Choose an existing Poll or click New Poll.
Create a new Poll
Add your question — at least one required.
Add your answers — at least two required.
For each answer, optionally add an audio file, video file, or mark it as the correct answer.
Set an optional end date.
Choose single choice or multiple choice.
🟢 Top tip: If your Poll relates to gated content, make sure the Poll block is in the same gated section as that content so only the right fans can see both.
Build audiences from Poll responses
All Poll responses are saved against each fan's profile, allowing you to build targeted audiences based on how fans voted.
Navigate to Fans > All Fans.
Add a Poll filter.
Select the relevant Poll.
Select the relevant answer or answers.
Save and name your audience.
