📥 Import Existing Broadcasts, Templates and Migrate Subscriber Content to Posts

Bring Broadcasts and any existing Subscriber Content from your Fanpage across to Posts.

Written by Harry Drake

Posts replaces email Broadcasts as the primary way to communicate with fans on Openstage. If you have existing Broadcasts, templates, or subscriber content, you can migrate them directly into Posts as drafts to continue editing.

Note: It's equally straightforward to start fresh. See Create and Publish Posts and Configure a Brand Kit.

Import Existing Broadcasts

  1. Navigate to Engage > Posts.

  2. Click the three dots menu in the top right.

  3. Click Import Broadcasts.

  4. Select one or more Broadcasts.

  5. Confirm your selection.

Your selected Broadcasts will be saved as draft Posts, ready to continue editing.

Import Broadcast Templates

  1. Navigate to Engage > Posts.

  2. Click the three dots menu in the top right.

  3. Click Import Templates.

  4. Select one or more templates.

  5. Confirm your selection.

Your selected templates will be saved as draft Posts, ready to continue editing.

Migrate Existing Subscriber Content

Subscriber content previously hosted on your Fan page can now be migrated to Posts. Posts is the new home for subscriber content — use gating to make content available to the relevant subscriber tiers. See How to gate content in a Post for more detail.

  1. Navigate to Engage > Posts.

  2. Click the three dots menu in the top right.

  3. Click Migrate subscriber content.

  4. Select one or more pieces of subscriber content.

  5. Confirm your selection.

Your selected content will be saved as draft Posts, ready to publish to the relevant subscriber tiers and optionally add to your Posts feed.

Note: For the full walkthrough on Posts, see Create and Publish Posts.
