As a contract manager, often it is hard to keep on top of what is going on across all of your sites at once. Sometimes our workers may spot things on site, have a witness statement to give or even just want to comment on how the shift went.

Just select incidents at the top of the portal to see a log of all the incidents reported by the workers.
